Why was her mother so abusive? I hope the book provides these answers, but the film just felt incomplete without them. Inspektur Amaia Salazar Marta Etura menjadi tokoh sentral yang memipin penyelidikan terhadap kasus kematian yang terjadi menimpa beberapa gadis muda.
Bad things : - Penceritaan terkesan tidak memiliki fokus dengan tujuan yang jelas - Penuturan kisah misteri bagaikan benang kusut di pertengahan film - Tempo terlalu lambat karena alur maju mundur yang bertele-tele - Akting kurang maksimal - Pendalaman karakter utamanya dieksekusi setengah-setengah - Kejutan yang berusaha ditampilkan pada akhirnya berujung anti-klimaks.
The Invisible Guardian might not be breaking any barriers with anything other than the themes it tackles, but it does serve as a daring experiment of combining a story of cops after a serial killer with some family drama, as well as some folklore fantasy about a legendary creature of the forest. It is in fact that aspect of the local mythology that constantly remains on the back seat and feels rather misguided, especially since it could only have added to the film's originality and affection if handled properly.

However, the overall atmosphere it manages to create is all sorts of hazy and semi-haunted,…. Entiendo que todo era una propuesta que formaba parte de una trilogía, pero eso no te da derecho a malcontar una historia. Tienes a una desubicada Marta Etura haciendo referencias a su infernal niñez, y a una artificial señora mayor haciendo referencias a mitología vasca durante toda la película, al final pa mierda.
La investigación policial es monocorde todo el rato. Cero efectismo. Menos mal que hay buena dirección artística y que la atmósfera natural, lluviosa y lúgubre de las frondosas riveras del Bidasoa le dan una densidad dramática a la cosa, porque si no, esto habría sido una chorrez insípida. Eu tô impressionado em como esse filme é muito bom, um suspense com elementos místicos muito bem feito!
A direção do fernando gonzález molina é bem feita e caprichosa, gostei bastante de conhecer o trabalho dele. O roteiro é bem construído e consegue te deixar imerso no filme do início ao fim, mesmo o filme sendo longo. O suspense é bem elaborado, tu passa o filme inteiro curioso. As atuações são boas, achei que todos os personagens foram bem trabalhados. Estou ansioso pra assistir as continuações desse filme, amei.
En tierras de Navarra, esas brumas son mágicas , tanto que es posible imaginar seres increíbles, incluso jugar con el esoterismo, ademas esto enlaza muy bien con el thriller y el psicokiller , pero pierde fuerza cuando la narración es tan explicativa y tan desgranada que da poco juego al espectador para interpretar por si mismo las señales.
