I actually recently showed this movie in a college class I taught on Frankenstein, and while the young adult males thought it was hilarious, I and the young women in the class squirmed a lot.

As several people have mentioned, there's a sex scene that "starts out" non-consensual--so, yeah, there's the message that no means yes. It's also full of puerile humor about breasts and penises hence the guffaws from the guys in my class. I watched this years ago and remembered that I thought it was funny, but this time around I thought it was clunky and the jokes were overdone.

  • I think it is best for children 13 and up to watch this movie because when kids get to that age, they'll begin to understand what some of the terms mean, but they're not too young to where you'll be ruining their innocence. But this is also a perfect example of a kind of movie that has sort of a lower and upper age bracket.

    The sex innuendos will go so far over the heads of the youngest kids , parents won't even need to explain. They're just having fun rolling in the hay. But at a certain age they may be more curious, and at that age say maybe it's best to avoid this.
